Yes. Most items are produced after purchase through trusted print partners. This helps reduce waste and allows The Ember Hoard to offer multiple dragon realms and product styles.

How long does production and shipping take?

Production time varies by item and print partner. Please allow time for your item to be made before it ships. Shipping time begins after production is complete.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because products are made to order, returns and exchanges may be limited unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us quickly with photos if there is a problem.

Why do colors look slightly different in person?

Screen settings, material, lighting, and print method can slightly affect color. We do our best to present each dragon realm clearly.

Which items make the best gifts?

Stickers and mugs are easy under-$25 gifts. Sweatshirts and blankets work well for cozy gift bundles. Canvas art and tapestries are strong choices for fantasy rooms, offices, game rooms, and reading spaces.

Do you create custom dragon art?
