The Ember Hoard products are generally made to order through trusted print partners. That means your item is produced after checkout instead of pulled from a warehouse shelf.

Production time

Production time varies by product type, supplier workload, and season. Please allow time for printing before your order ships.

Shipping time

Shipping time begins after production is complete. Delivery estimates can vary by destination, carrier, weather, holidays, and peak shopping periods.

Multiple items

If you order multiple product types, they may ship separately because different items can be produced by different print partners.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you should receive tracking information after the order ships.
